OFFICE MANAGER | DUBLIN 15 | PERMANENT

We are seeking an organised and reliable Office Manager to support the day-to-day running of our client's office and provide administrative support across the business.

This role is fully office based with working hours of 8.30am - 5pm

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES|

  • Manage daily office administration and communications.
  • Support management and team operations.
  • Coordinate orders and assist with order processing.
  • Maintain records, documentation, and office systems.
  • Assist with invoicing, expenses, and reporting.
  • Prepare reports and analyse data using Excel.

REQUIREMENTS|

  • Experience in office management or administration.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including experience using Pivot Tables.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
