We are seeking a commercially focused Service Contracts Specialist for our client who are a leading Medical Device company with operations in Dublin 24.
The purpose of this role will be to own the administration of service contract renewals for the business ensuring recurring service revenue is protected and customer relationships are strengthened.
The successful candidate will be proactive in their approach working closely with customer service, finance and sales to ensure contracts re renewed on time and priced accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full service contract renewal process HSE, healthcare and clinical customers.
- Deliver agreed targets for renewal rate, margin, multi-year contract uptake, and enhanced cover-tier sales.
- Lead renewal negotiations on non-HSE contracts and manage renewals and cover-tier upgrades on HSE framework sites.
- Issue renewal proposals in line with approved pricing and margin policy.
- Apply cost-up pricing analysis on non-HSE tenders and renewals, recommending pricing for Director approval.
- Secure timely purchase order cover and manage invoicing through to completion.
- Monitor aged proposals, drive closure before expiry, and escalate at-risk renewals early.
- Maintain accurate contract records within the ERP system, including dates, pricing, coverage, CPI, and multi-year terms.
- Build proactive relationships with site, procurement, HSE, and clinical decision-makers between renewal cycles.
- Flag cross-divisional and new-business opportunities to the Ireland sales team.
- Provide monthly reporting on renewal performance, margin, exposure, install base coverage, multi-year penetration, and cover-tier conversion.
What We're Looking For:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the administration of procurement or commercial contracts ideally within a healthcare related environment.
- Confident relationship management skills with both internal
- A proactive commercial mindset with the ability to protect recurring revenue and identify growth opportunities.
- Experience managing service contract renewals and/or customer accounts
- Comfortable discussing pricing, margin guidance, renewals, purchase orders, and commercial terms.
- Strong organisational skills with disciplined follow-up and the ability to manage multiple renewal deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail when maintaining ERP, contract, pricing, and customer records.
- Strong Excel and reporting skills, with experience extracting and interpreting ERP data.
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Resilience when handling objections, delayed purchase orders, or at-risk renewals.
- A collaborative approach to working with colleagues

A salary in the region of €45,000 - €50,000 will be payable and this role which will be based fully onsite.
