Location: Portadown
Pay Rate: £13.20 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, flexible working hours available

About the Role

Staffline Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join a busy and supportive team based in Portadown. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and motivated individual with strong communication skills and previous administrative experience.

The successful candidate will provide essential support to the sales team, helping to manage customer orders, maintain accurate records and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of sales administration processes.

Key Responsibilities

As Sales Administrator, your duties will include:

  • Processing sales orders received by phone, email or online systems
  • Checking customer information and ensuring all order details are accurate
  • Preparing and issuing invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintaining and updating customer and sales records
  • Ensuring CRM systems and internal databases are kept accurate and up to date
  • Compiling sales reports and supporting the team with reporting requirements
  • Acting as a point of contact for customer queries
  • Resolving customer issues professionally and efficiently
  • Liaising with internal departments to help progress orders and support smooth workflow
  • Providing general administrative support to the sales team
  • Preparing sales documentation as required
  • Supporting promotional or marketing activity when needed

Essential Criteria

To be considered for this role, applicants should have:

  • At least 1 year's experience in a similar administrative or sales support role
  • Strong IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office and internal systems
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • A professional and proactive approach to work
