The Client: Staffline Recruitment is currently seeking a Staff Officer for an excellent opportunity based in Dublin 18. Our client is one of Ireland's largest public healthcare organisations, providing essential health and social care services to communities nationwide.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting a large-scale transformation programme. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders, providing essential administrative, governance and systems support that contributes to the successful delivery of key organisational initiatives.
Hours of work: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday | 35 hours per week
Length of contract: 18 to 24 months
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Management Office and wider project team.
- Organise meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and follow up on actions.
- Keep project documents, SharePoint sites, CRM systems and records up to date and well organised.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets and project updates to support the team.
- Help coordinate activities across different project teams and ensure information is shared effectively.
- Manage documents securely and ensure records are accurate and maintained in line with company policies.
- Support improvements to processes, systems and ways of working, including helping with training and user guidance where required.
- Build positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders while supporting the successful delivery of a large transformation programme.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a project support, PMO, programme support or administrative role within a large or complex organisation.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, along with SharePoint and other document management systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail with experience maintaining accurate records, reports and documentation.
- Ability to work independently, use initiative and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Experience in a healthcare or public sector environment is desirable.
- A relevant qualification (Leaving Certificate, QQI Level 6 or equivalent) or relevant experience in line with the eligibility criteria.

- Hourly rate in the region of €27-€29 per hour
