Pay Rate / Salary: €40,975-€57,572 per year

About the Role:
This Social Care Worker role is a full-time, permanent position supporting adults with complex needs through therapeutic and community-based care. The Social Care Worker will provide both personal care and psychological support tailored to individual needs. This Social Care Worker opportunity is ideal for experienced candidates seeking to develop their practice in a supportive environment.
Key duties:
- Provide personal care and psychological support to clients
- Support individuals to achieve personal goals and aspirations
- Promote autonomy, independence, and informed decision-making
- Deliver therapeutic interventions and community-based support programmes
- Create safe, caring, and supportive environments
- Assist clients in developing personal identity and meaningful lifestyles
- Contribute to high standards of care practice across the organisation
Essential criteria:
- Experience as a Social Care Worker or relevant experience
- CORU registration or evidence of application in progress
- Passion for social care and supporting individuals with complex needs, experience desirable
- Full driving licence
