Rate of Pay: £13.01 per hour + Weekly Production Bonus
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 6:00am - 4:00pm (4-day working week)

Job Summary:

Staffline Recruitment are currently recruiting Production Operatives with hand tool experience for our well-established client based in Ballymena. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team with great earning potential and a strong focus on quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely use hand tools to assemble parts and components in the production process.

• Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily production targets.

• Ensure high standards of quality are maintained throughout all tasks.

• Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies at all times.

• Maintain a clean and organised work environment.

• Communicate any issues or defects to the team leader or supervisor.

Requirements:

• Previous experience using hand tools in a production or assembly environment.

• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced setting.

• Good teamwork and communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Willingness to work a 4-day week with early morning starts.
