About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly detail-oriented and efficient Document Generation Specialist to join a fast-paced production environment in Cork.

This is a unique opportunity to work on structured, multi-stage document creation projects, producing high-quality outputs that simulate real-world collaboration workflows. The role focuses on execution, accuracy, and consistency rather than purely creative writing.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce realistic, multi-stage documents from initial drafts through to final polished versions
• Work with structured content workflows simulating collaborative environments
• Utilise advanced Microsoft Word features for formatting, editing, and document structuring
• Leverage AI-assisted drafting tools to support content generation and refinement
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and high editorial standards across all documents
• Manage deadlines effectively in a high-output production setting

Requirements

• Strong experience in document production, editing, or administrative writing roles
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word (formatting, styles, templates, track changes, etc.)
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Comfortable working in a structured, high-volume environment
• Experience using AI tools for drafting or editing is an advantage
• Must have legal right to work in Ireland
