💰 €40,000 - €45,000 (Negotiable) + Bonus

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Care Manager to join a well-established homecare provider in Cork. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about delivering high-quality care while leading and developing a team.

This role offers a strong mix of leadership, operations, and client engagement, making a real impact in the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and develop a team of carers

• Deliver induction training to new carers

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance and safeguarding standards

• Conduct client quality assurance reviews

• Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling and service delivery

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience in homecare, healthcare, or community care

• QQI Level 6 in Health Services Supervisory Management (or higher)

• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Desirable

• Experience with One Touch Care Management software

• Knowledge of compliance, safeguarding, and care quality standards
