Care Manager

My client, a private domiciliary care and healthcare provider is seeking an experienced Care Manager to join their Galway based team to oversee the management of healthcare staff on behalf of their County Galway and Galway city-based clients.

Key Duties:

• Lead, support, and develop a team of carers with purpose and care
• Deliver our 20-hour Carer Induction Training to prepare carers for client care
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance and safeguarding standards
• Conduct Client Quality Assurance reviews and maintain service excellence
• Coordinate with Support Office for scheduling, client care, and HSE communication

Essential Criteria:

• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in homecare, healthcare, or community care
• QQI Level 6 in Health Services Supervisory Management (or higher)
• Experience in using One Touch Care Management software and compliance & safeguarding would be an advantage.
