Warehouse Operative (Night Shift)

📍 Little Island, Cork
💰 €14.28 per hour + shift allowance (increase after 12 months)
🕒 Full-time | Night Shift | 5 day week (including weekends)

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced distribution centre in Little Island, Cork. This is a night shift position, ideal for candidates who thrive in an active, team-oriented environment.

Full training is provided, making this a great opportunity for candidates with or without prior warehouse experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare orders in multi-temperature environments (ambient, chilled, and freezer)
• Ensure high levels of accuracy and efficiency when handling orders
• Follow all Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Hygiene procedures
• Operate warehouse equipment, including manual handling equipment and scanning systems
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Carry out general warehouse duties as required

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience (preferred but not essential)
• High-reach truck experience is an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills
• Flexible to work night shifts, weekends, and overtime when required
• Own transport is essential (no public transport available)
