C License Truck Driver

C LICENSE TRUCK DRIVER

Our client based in North Dublin is looking for a Truck driver to join their team. If succesful you will be required to handle, unload and deliver a wide variety of frozen, chilled and ambient products to our customers whilst providing a high standard of customer service. Other responsibilities include following a specific route time schedule, preparation, inspection and operation of the delivery vehicle, fridge and tail lift, handling delivery dockets and paperwork, cash handling, and liaising with the Transport office.

Essential Criteria

• Valid HGV Cat C/C+E licence (must be carried at all times).

• Valid Digi Card and adequate printer roll supply.

• Valid CPC Card.

• Strong customer service and communication skills (written and verbal).

• Knowledge of driver's hours and tachograph legislation.

• Confidence in using handheld technology for deliveries.

• Comfortable with manual handling.

• Professional, reliable, and trustworthy with a strong work ethic.

• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Minimum of 1 year's multi-drop delivery experience
Previous experience of temperature-controlled vehicles
Manual handling & food safety awareness

Competitive salary from €49,284 per year with maximum potential €2,000 performance bonus).
