Job Overview

The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee day-to-day warehouse operations. This role is critical in ensuring products are received, sorted, and dispatched efficiently to meet customer and business demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including goods-in, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Manage operations, ensuring efficient transfer of stock between routes and locations.
• Lead and support a team of warehouse operatives to achieve performance targets.
• Maintain stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and reporting.
• Enforce health & safety procedures and ensure compliance at all times.
• Train and develop team members

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role.
• Experience within food distribution or FMCG environment (highly desirable).
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Good IT skills, including warehouse systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Forklift licence (advantageous).
