At Staffline Recruitment we are working on behalf of a leading Dublin-based print and marketing services company specialising in the design, print, and distribution of high-quality leaflets for business-to-consumer campaigns.

This company works with a wide range of brands and businesses, helping them reach targeted audiences through effective print marketing solutions. As they continue to grow, they are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Executive & Account Manager to join their team.

The Role
This is a dynamic role combining account management and new business development. You will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing clients while actively identifying, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities.

You will work closely with the design, production, and distribution teams to deliver high-quality print campaigns that achieve real results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Manage and develop relationships with existing clients, ensuring a high level of service and repeat business
• Identify and target new business opportunities within the B2C marketing space
• Prospect, qualify, and convert new leads into long-term clients
• Understand client marketing objectives and recommend suitable print and distribution solutions
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and campaign recommendations
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of campaigns
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline

Applicants will meet the following requirements:

• Experience working in the print industry (highly desirable)
• Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management
• Strong understanding of print production and/or print marketing
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own pipeline and targets
• Commercially minded with strong problem-solving skills
• Full driving licence preferred
