Social Care Worker - Full-Time, Permanent

Location: Monaghan
Salary: €36,000 - €48,000 (Depending on Experience)
Start Date: Immediate, following Garda vetting and reference checks

We are currently seeking a qualified Social Care Worker to join a committed team providing high-quality care and support to adults with disabilities in a residential setting in Monaghan. This is a full-time, permanent role offering a rewarding and meaningful career in the social care sector.

Key Requirements:

• A minimum of a Level 7 or Level 8 qualification in Social Care or a related discipline
  OR current CORU registration

• Full manual driving licence (essential)

• Experience working with adults with disabilities is desirable

• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as part of a roster
