Senior HR Advisor (Resourcing)

Location: Belfast
Salary: £18.72 p/h
Hours of work: Monday - Friday / 9am - 5pm

We're seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Advisor to join our client a Large Public Sector organisation to lead and deliver high-quality, customer-focused resourcing services within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Resourcing Team
• Ensure timely and effective delivery of recruitment and selection across NIHE
• Advise managers on resourcing policies and employment legislation
• Oversee job ads, candidate communications, pre-employment checks, and contracts
• Continuously improve resourcing processes and ensure KPI targets are met
• Support workforce planning and major recruitment campaigns
• Deliver training, reports, and contribute to resourcing-related projects

What You Need:

• Degree (Level 6) in HR + 2 years' experience in HR resourcing OR
  Level 5 in HR + 3 years' HR resourcing experience
• Associate CIPD membership
• Experience in at least 3 of the following: HR advice, end-to-end recruitment, implementing resourcing policies, improving resourcing processes
• Solid employment law knowledge
• Excellent planning, communication, and attention to detail
• Full driving licence or access to transport

Desirable:

• Team leadership experience
• Experience in public sector or large-scale recruitment campaigns
• Level A (Ability) testing certification
