Specialist Service Manager (Supported Living Services)

Location: Belfast
Salary: £43,600 - £49,750 (based on experience)
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Holidays: Up to 39 days per year (starting at 36)

The Opportunity
We're looking for an inspiring and experienced Specialist Service Manager to lead a Supported Living Service for one individual with complex needs. This is a unique opportunity to truly shape a bespoke service, working in close collaboration with our Positive Behaviour Support team and a range of multi-disciplinary professionals.

You'll play a key role in:

• Leading a brand-new service.

• Acting as the Registered Manager and ensuring high-quality care.

• Building and developing a passionate, skilled staff team.

• Driving innovation and embedding trauma-informed and person-centred approaches.

• Managing budgets, resources, and regulatory compliance with excellence.

What You'll Need To apply, you must meet the following essential criteria:

• A relevant professional qualification (e.g., QCF Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care, Social Work, Nursing, or Allied Health Profession) and at least 4-5 years' experience in a health and social care setting.

• 3+ years' experience in operational management, including staff supervision and financial oversight.

• Experience implementing Positive Behaviour Support and trauma-informed practice.

• A full UK driving licence and access to a car insured for business use (reasonable adjustments will be made for applicants with a disability).

We would also love to hear from you if you have:

• Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, or acquired brain injury.

• A strong understanding of person-centred planning tools and innovative service design.
