HEAD OF HUMAN RESOURCES | CONTRACT | DUBLIN

Staffline are delighted to partner with our client based in North County Dublin, with the appointment of a Head of Human Resources, on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract basis. Please note that there is potential for this role to become a permanent opportunity with their team.

THE ROLE|

As an experienced HR leader, you will oversee the strategic HR initiatives and enable continued transformation. This is a key leadership role, and an excellent opportunity for someone with expertise in organisational design with a proven history of developing and implementing strategy as well as a passion for building strong relationships with senior leaders to deliver progressive workplace culture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES|

  • Lead and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with business objectives across Workforce planning, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and other key areas
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing HR team
  • Delivery and review of HR policies and procedures to align with employment legislation
  • Own Performance Management, mentoring and offer ongoing support to Senior Management.
  • Develop and lead impactful Learning & Development programs
  • Provide expert support and guidance on Employee and Industrial Relations issues

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE|

  • A relevant third level qualification in HR or relevant field of study
  • Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably working in Public Sector
  • Strong background in ER/IR, with sound knowledge of employment law
  • Demonstrated experience in managing strategic HR projects and leading organisational change.
  • Passion for building capability, driving engagement, and enhancing culture.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Access to own transport due to location
  • Ability to complete Garda Vetting and an occupational medical as part of the on-boarding process.
