Staffline Recruitment are offering permanent role for Business Development Manager to work for our Client based in Portglenone, serving the agricultural community across Ireland.

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per year
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Portglenone
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift


Role Summary

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth and market expansion for full product range. This is a pivotal role requiring a strategic thinker with proven B2B sales and marketing experience. The ideal candidate will identify business opportunities, create growth strategies, and build strong relationships with clients and partners to achieve company goals.


Key Responsibilities

Identify Business Opportunities:

  • Conduct market research to analyze trends and competitor activities.
  • Lead new product launches and identify new markets, customers, and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with marketing and R&D teams on campaigns.

Develop Growth & Marketing Strategies:

  • Create strategies to increase revenue and market presence.
  • Set and achieve growth targets aligned with the company's vision.

Build and Maintain Relationships:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with clients.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Develop proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
  • Negotiate contracts and achieve sales targets.

Collaborate with Internal Teams:

  • Work with marketing, product development, and production teams.
  • Provide market insights to inform product development.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Identify challenges and propose actionable solutions.
  • Use data analytics to inform business decisions.

Manage Budgets and Resources:

  • Allocate resources efficiently and monitor ROI on campaigns.

Reporting:

  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in business development (preferred).
  • Driving Licence: Preferred.
