Duties and Responsibilities:

• Leverage significant sales experience and knowledge of building and home improvement products to achieve results.

• Interact directly with customers to provide quotations, answer inquiries, and manage order deliveries and payments.

• Handle supplier relations, including placing and tracking orders, and ensuring efficient processing through the Goods Inwards system.

• Identify and develop relationships with prospective customers.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues and the Branch Manager to meet sales targets and improve operations.

• Commit to delivering exceptional customer service at all times.

Skills and Requirements:

• Demonstrated expertise in communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven customer-facing sales experience, ideally within the Builder Provider/Merchant sector.

• Strong organisational abilities and a team-oriented mindset.

• Ability to thrive in a busy, target-driven sales environment.

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a successful track record in achieving sales targets.

• Knowledge of building materials is advantageous.
