Our client, a global manufacturer, servicing a broad range of industries, including construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, shipping, transportation, refining, energy, utilities, quarrying and mining, have vacancies for Machine Operators at their site in Dungannon, Co Tyrone.
The Role:
As a Machine Operator you will be
- Understanding technical plans and be capable of working out measurements
- Processing and preparing raw steel
- Meeting production targets while maximising efficiency
- Ensuring the safe and controlled movement of production parts
- Ensure Health & Safety is adhered to at all times
- Carrying out preventative maintenance
- Working as part of a team to develop continuous improvement
Hours of work:
- 40 hours weekly
- Mon - Thurs 7am - 5pm
Requirements for the successful Machine Operator:
- Previous experience in an engineering/manufacturing environment, operating machines would be ideal
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Self-motivated and high energy
- Ability to work within a team
- Ability to work in an environment with constantly changing priorities
