Job description

Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional with experience in sales administration? We have an exciting opportunity for you! Our client is seeking a motivated Sales Administrator to join their team for a 6-10 week assignment. Immediate start.

Location: Burnfoot
Pay Rate: Competitive, based on experience
Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with processing and managing sales orders
  • Maintain accurate sales records and data entry into systems
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks
  • Respond to customer enquiries and provide exceptional service
  • Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and clients
  • Handle any additional sales administration duties as required

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in administration
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
