IT/Data Analyst

My client is currently looking for an IT/Data person, a team player with strong communication skills and confidence to support a variety of stakeholders in all areas of the business through data analysis and presentation of data. You will possess a proactive customer focus with an adaptable nature along with sharp attention to detail to report on trends or identify gaps within data.

The Role:

• Develop and resolve IT problems
• Technical and Hardware support, installation, and maintenance
• Provide end-to-end solutions through research, investigation, and implementation
• Create and update technical documentation to assist in streamlined service desk process
• Collaborate with external IT provider ensuring IT security is updated
• Customer sales data: Analyse and drive insight from customer sales data
• Design and maintain work flows appropriate for each business function and linking to KPI's
• Develop smart reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for decision-makers

The Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT/data role
• Strong analytic, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Analysing complex business requirements

This is a full time and permanent role based fully on site in Cork. This role is only suitable for candidates with a valid Irish visa living in the area.
