Industrial Cleaning Operative - Craigavon (Fixed Shifts)
Location: Craigavon
Client: Avondale (via Staffline Recruitment)
Hourly Rate: £12.94, plus enhanced overtime pay
Shift Options:
- Evening Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 5:00pm - 1:30am
- Night Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 11:20pm start
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
Staffline is recruiting Industrial Cleaning Operatives on behalf of Avondale, a respected food production company in Craigavon. This role is ideal for candidates seeking stable shift patterns, onsite facilities, and clear progression into permanent work.
Role Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and sanitising production equipment and workspaces
- Handling and applying industrial cleaning chemicals safely
- Completing tasks that require physical strength and lifting
- Following strict hygiene protocols and quality checks
- Maintaining cleanliness across all production areas
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous cleaning or hygiene experience is beneficial but not mandatory
- Comfortable with heavy-duty cleaning products and tasks
- Team player with attention to detail and a responsible attitude
- Capable of working fixed evening or night shifts
- Basic English required for communication and training
