Industrial Cleaning Operative - Night Shifts
Location: Ballymena
Hourly Rate: £12.51, with enhanced overtime pay
Hours: 6pm-6am, 4 days on / 4 days off
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
We are hiring Industrial Cleaning Operatives to join our night shift team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and looking for steady, long-term work in an industrial setting.
Duties Include:
- Cleaning production areas, machinery, and communal facilities
- Using industrial-strength cleaning agents safely and effectively
- Lifting and moving equipment or materials as part of the cleaning process
- Maintaining records and hygiene checklists
- Following strict hygiene and health and safety protocols
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous cleaning or hygiene experience is an advantage, but not essential
- Ability to handle strong chemicals and physical work
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work night shifts on a rotating basis
- Willingness to complete full training and follow procedures closely
