Location: Ballymena
Pay Rate: £12.51 per hour, with time and a quarter for overtime
Shift Pattern: 6pm-6am, 4 days on / 4 days off
Job Type: Full-time, Temporary to Permanent

We're currently recruiting Hygiene Operatives to work night shifts in a fast-paced production environment. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established employer offering fixed shifts, long-term prospects, and full training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deep cleaning of machinery, equipment, and facilities during night hours
• Handling strong cleaning chemicals in a safe and responsible manner
• Meeting high hygiene and safety standards at all times
• Following cleaning checklists and schedules accurately
• Performing heavy lifting and manual handling tasks as required

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in cleaning, sanitation, or similar (preferred but not essential)
• Comfortable working with industrial cleaning chemicals
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items
• Reliable and available for rotating night shifts
