Production Operator - No Experience Needed
Location: Ballymena
Rate of Pay: £12.31 per hour + time and a quarter overtime
Shift Patterns: 7am-7pm, 6am-6pm or 7pm-3am
Employment Type: Temporary with opportunity for permanent
Looking for a fresh start in a stable production role? We're hiring Production Operators for immediate start. No experience required - just reliability and the ability to work well in a team.
Role Duties:
- Supporting day-to-day production processes
- Manual handling and basic machine operation
- Following standard operating procedures and quality standards
- Ensuring cleanliness and safety in all work areas
- Working collaboratively with your shift team
Skills & Experience:
- No prior experience necessary - full training provided
- Team player with good communication
- Comfortable following instructions in basic English
- Reliable and consistent attendance is essential
