Location: Craigavon

Pay Rates:

• Day Shift: £12.30 per hour | 7:00am start (no set finish time)
• Night Shift: £12.94 per hour | Sunday to Thursday, 10:30pm - 8:00am
  Overtime: Time and a half

We are recruiting experienced Production Operators to join the Mixing Department at Avondale in Craigavon. This role offers fixed shifts, long-term career prospects, and a supportive work environment in a well-established food manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating mixing machinery and production line equipment
• Monitoring ingredient preparation, machine performance, and product quality
• Communicating issues such as faults or quality concerns to supervisors or engineers
• Working collaboratively with team members to meet production targets
• Maintaining high hygiene and safety standards at all times

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous production experience required (despatch or warehouse experience an advantage)
• Strong communication skills to ensure effective team coordination and issue reporting
• Able to use initiative and work independently when required
• Basic English required for following instructions and health & safety protocols
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
