Maintenance Technician

My Client, a Nationwide Distributor, seek to hire a Maintenance Technician.

This role will suit someone with experience in transport & logistics management in the FMCG sector.

This role is based in Carrick-on shannon and is 5 days on site.

Responsibilities

• Fix and look after machines and equipment like packaging machines, conveyors, cooling systems, and more.

• Find and repair mechanical problems to reduce downtime.

• Work with the production team to keep machines running well.

• Help install and set up new machines.

• Take part in safety checks and improvement projects.

• Always follow health and safety rules.

• Act quickly when machines break down.

• Record all work and repairs properly.

Requirements

• You must have a mechanical or electrical trades qualification.

• 2 years of experience in a maintenance job
