Manufacturing Operative - Night and Day Shifts Available
Location: Ballymena
Hourly Pay: £12.31 + time and a quarter overtime rate
Shift Options: Night Shift: 7pm-3am | Day Shift: 6am-6pm or 7am-7pm
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
We are seeking Manufacturing Operatives to support key production lines at a busy manufacturing site. If you're hardworking, reliable, and looking for a consistent shift pattern, this is a great opportunity.
Main Duties:
- Running and monitoring production machines
- Carrying out routine checks and reporting any issues
- Manual handling and packaging of goods
- Working alongside others to achieve production targets
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
Candidate Profile:
- Experience in manufacturing or factory settings is an advantage
- Comfortable with team-based work and physical tasks
- Able to follow health, safety, and hygiene guidelines
- Basic English understanding for communication and instructions
