Despatch Operative - Day Shift (Craigavon)
Location: Craigavon
Client: Avondale (via Staffline Recruitment)
Pay Rate: £13.08 per hour
Overtime: Paid at time and a half
Shift Pattern: Fixed day shift - 11:00am start (no set finish time)
Staffline Recruitment is hiring a reliable and experienced Despatch Operative for a fixed day shift with Avondale, a leading food manufacturing business in Craigavon. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for long-term, consistent work with the potential to secure a permanent role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing goods for despatch in a timely and accurate manner
- Labelling, wrapping, and scanning products for distribution
- Loading goods onto vehicles using appropriate handling equipment
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the despatch area
- Communicating effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations
What You'll Need:
- Previous experience in a despatch or warehouse role preferred
- Ability to work well in a team
- Strong attention to detail and good time management
- Basic English required to follow instructions and complete documentation
- A flexible attitude and willingness to support the wider team
