Job Title: HR Co-Ordinator (12-Month Fixed Term)

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and organised HR Co-Ordinator to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term basis, covering a period of extended leave. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their HR career in a growing and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing contracts, offer letters, and reference checks.

  • Manage and maintain accurate employee data and HR files.

  • Support probation reviews, contract changes, and employee exit procedures.

  • Assist with recruitment administration such as posting job adverts, liaising with agencies, and scheduling interviews.

  • Prepare new starter packs and coordinate induction schedules.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR queries, escalating as needed.

  • Maintain HR trackers and produce basic reports.

  • Take minutes during HR meetings when required.

  • Support employee relations administration and reward initiatives.

  • Assist with company communications and employee engagement activities.

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team and management.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes.

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in an HR Administrator, Co-ordinator, or Generalist role preferred.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

  • Familiarity with HR systems and Microsoft Office.

This role may require occasional travel between sites.
