Staffline are recruiting a confident and organised HR Administrator for our Public Sector client based in Enniskillen.

This is a fixed term role, joining an established team, providing an efficient and timely administrative support to the full range of HR processes

Job Details

Fixed term contract (12 months)
Salary £26,449 - £28,094

9am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday

2 days office based / 3 days working remotely

Key Duties:

  • Updating and maintaining accurate employee records, (digital and paper based), HR systems and NI Equality Commission requirements
  • Preparing and amending HR documents
  • Assisting HR colleagues with company policy updates
  • Liaising with stakeholders at all levels
  • Organising HR meetings, booking rooms, minute taking
  • Provide timely and efficient administrative support at each stage of the recruitment process
  • Maintaining and updating the HR Core Time and Attendance system and associated administration
  • Support with On-boarding new-start employees
  • Organising Occupational Health referrals to include booking appointments, notification to employee, completion of referral notes, etc
  • Updating and maintaining the E-Recruit system.
  • Organising training, booking venues, invitations to staff and maintaining training records
  • Raising Purchase Order numbers on request, processing invoices, procurement card reconciliation, review of outstanding items on monthly housekeeping reports.
  • Updating and maintaining the Tender Register and process
  • Assisting with day-to-day administrative duties of Pensions Scheme
  • Administrative support for Well-being Strategy
  • General administrative support to the HR Team

Who We're Looking For:

Essential Skills & Experience:

5 GCSEs (Grades A*-C including Maths & English)

And either
Level 3 CIPD qualification in Human Resource Practice

or

Minimum of 1 years' experience in a dedicated HR role

  • Confident IT skills, experience of MS Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Effective team member with strong communication skills
  • Ability to work flexibly with multiple priorities, with minimal supervision
  • Experience using HR system is desirable (Core HR or a similar)
