Medical Receptionist | Contract | Dublin 7 | Shift Work
The Client: Based in Dublin 7, our client is a well-established non-profit organisation. They are currently seeking to recruit a Receptionist on a fixed-term contract basis with a view to an immediate start. This is a wonderful opportunity for a suitably qualified candidate to join a very successful team during an exciting time in the organisation's growth.
The Role: As the Receptionist, you will be required to support key functions within the front office and operations departments. You will be responsible for handling all calls to the front desk and you will also carry out a range of office administrative duties.
Hours of work: 35 hours per week | Monday to Sunday | Roster will be 5 days over 7 to include Saturdays and Sundays
Length of contract: 6-12 months with the strong possibility of further extension/permanency
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a front of hours/administration role preferably in client-facing environment
- Strong IT skills with proficiency in the use of MS Word and Excel (experience with financial systems a distinct advantage)
- Accurate, high speed data entry skills and good typing skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills and multi-tasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
In Return:
- Hourly rate within the region of €15-16 per hour
- Premium rates applicable for Saturdays and Sundays
