Job description

On behalf of our client based in Ballymena Town Centre we are recruiting for a RECEPTIONIST

Monday - Friday 9am-5pm

JOB DUTIES:

Answering incoming call

Dealing with emails

Meeting & greeting clients/ customers

Showing professionalism at all time

Word processing confidential documents

Deal with incoming & outgoing post, includes post office drop off

Lodging cheques into bank

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

Must be educated to GCSE level

Excellent customer service skills

Computer literate to include Microsoft Word & Outlook

Previous Receptionist experience preferred but not essential
