Job description

Restaurant Supervisor

Monday - Friday (some weekends involved)

€17 per hour

12-9pm

Requirements:

  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Must reside in Ireland and have a right to work
  • Previous experience require in a similar role
  • Must lead by example

Responsibilities:

  • To manage the restaurant operations on a day-to-day basis working closely with restaurant manager, team leaders and team members
  • To oversee and support the overall guest experience
  • Maintain the highest standards across all areas of the business
  • Oversee stock and cash control, including till reconciliation
  • Deputise for the restaurant manager in their absence
  • Ensure training records are in place and all staff attend and adhere to standard operating procedures
  • Ensure there is a written record of all incidents or accidents and report to the restaurant manager
  • Promote a safety culture.
  • Relevant Daily and Weekly checks must be completed with the support of the team and restaurant manager.
  • Lead the day to day operations from a HACCP perspective.
