Job description
Restaurant Supervisor
Monday - Friday (some weekends involved)
€17 per hour
12-9pm
Requirements:
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Must reside in Ireland and have a right to work
- Previous experience require in a similar role
- Must lead by example
Responsibilities:
- To manage the restaurant operations on a day-to-day basis working closely with restaurant manager, team leaders and team members
- To oversee and support the overall guest experience
- Maintain the highest standards across all areas of the business
- Oversee stock and cash control, including till reconciliation
- Deputise for the restaurant manager in their absence
- Ensure training records are in place and all staff attend and adhere to standard operating procedures
- Ensure there is a written record of all incidents or accidents and report to the restaurant manager
- Promote a safety culture.
- Relevant Daily and Weekly checks must be completed with the support of the team and restaurant manager.
- Lead the day to day operations from a HACCP perspective.
