Job description

My client, a leading supplier and distributor in Ireland, seek to hire a Sales Manager.

This role will suit someone with experience in B2B sales and people management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Make and follow sales plans to help the business grow.

  • Use customer feedback to help the team improve sales strategies.

  • Run regular meetings to predict future sales, so the company can plan product supply.

  • Set up training programs to help the sales team learn new skills and improve.

  • Use dashboards to check how sales are going and find ways to improve.

  • Work closely with partners in manufacturing to grow sales and keep customers happy.

  • Achieve KPI targets, motivate sales team to achieve goals aligned.

Requirements

  • A degree in Business or similar, or experience as a sales manager

  • Leadership, people management experience

  • Good knowledge of how to grow sales and keep customers.

  • Manage many tasks and meet deadlines while staying organized.
