We are seeking to hire a Clerical Officer.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Getting HR (Human Resources) forms ready
- Checking and recording bills for things like electricity, cleaning, and printers
- People supervising
Doing general office work like filing papers, typing, entering data, photocopying, and scanning
- Taking notes during meetings when needed
Answering questions by phone, email, or mail
Contacting people to check on bills or services that haven't been done properly
Going with the Assistant Staff Officer to meet with cleaning companies and attending meetings
Doing other tasks given by the Staff Officer or Senior Executive Officer
Setting up clinic appointments
Handling claim forms
Sending out medical certificates
Mailing clinic appointment letters
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience with Microsoft Office; Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Previous experience within HSE or a Public Body is a plus.
- Fast typing skills is essential.
