Graduate Mechanical Engineer

Our client, a leading manufacturing company, has a vacancy for a Graduate Mechanical Engineer at their site in Co Fermanagh.

The company has been operating since the 1970's and they are an integral part of larger group. They are constantly evolving through technical innovation, and they are now at the forefront of providing pioneering, cost effective, construction solutions designed to meet the needs of any construction project.

As the Mechanical Engineer, you will gain invaluable experience with full involvement in all operational and strategic aspects of the business including production, quality assurance, engineering and product development. The programme will expose you to real projects and challenges faced in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Supported by your appointed mentor you will learn from feedback, coaching and training sessions, provided on a continuous basis.

Hours of work:

• Mon - Thurs 8am - 5.30pm, Fri 8am - 5pm
• 42hrs per week

Requirements:

The successful Mechanical Engineer, will possess the following

• Minimum 2:1 degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Highly computer literate
• Ability to work on your own initiative as well as in a team
• Effective planning, good organisational skills and ability prioritise workload
• Strong communication skills
• Previous manufacturing experience would be desirable
