Location: Maynooth, County Kildare
Job Type: Full-time
Shift Pattern: Primarily day shifts (8:00am-5:00pm), with occasional weekend cover

Salary: €50,000 - €65,000

Staffline Recruitment is hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) for a respected healthcare facility based in Maynooth, County Kildare. This is an excellent opportunity for a registered nurse with leadership experience who is looking for a daytime-based role with scope for professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a team of nursing and care staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred care
• Ensure compliance with all HIQA standards and clinical governance requirements
• Oversee clinical audits, medication management, and care planning
• Act as the point of escalation for clinical issues and contribute to continuous quality improvement
• Provide mentorship, training, and day-to-day supervision for junior staff
• Liaise with multidisciplinary teams, families, and external stakeholders

Essential Criteria:

• Active registration with NMBI
• Minimum of 3-5 years' post-registration nursing experience
• Previous supervisory or management experience within a clinical setting
• Strong understanding of HIQA regulations and best practice standards
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage a team in a dynamic and fast-paced care environment
