Clinical Nurse Manager

Our client, a private Residential Nursing Home based in Tuam Co. Galway is looking to hire a suitable Clinical Nurse Manager to join their Nursing Home.

Location: Tuam, Co. Galway

Job Type: Full-time/permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm

Key Duties:

• Plan, develop, and organise ongoing staff education and development programs to meet service needs and expand staff competence.
• Oversee implementation and evaluation of Staff Induction and Clinical Competencies programs.
• Deputize for the PIC and cover Nursing Administration duties, including night shifts.
• Lead and contribute to quality improvement initiatives to uphold care standards.

Essential Criteria:

• Must have a minimum 2 years' experience working as general nurse in clinical, acute or community settings.
• Must be fully registered with An Bord Altranais/NMBI and have an active PIN.
