Clerical Officer| Healthcare | Tallaght | 6-12 Month Contract
Staffline Recruitment is a specialist in the provision of temporary and permanent staffing solutions to clients across Ireland. We are currently seeking to recruit Clerical Officers on a 6-12 month contract basis for our client in Dublin South. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a successful team, providing crucial services to the local community.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Handling incoming calls and transferring to appropriate staff members
- Handling internal and external queries within agreed timeframes and SLA's
- Undertaking general office administration tasks such as system administration, query handling and clerical tasks
- Data input - processing data through internal systems, formulating and maintaining databases
- Maintenance of records and filing systems both manual and electronic to effectively manage information
- Assist in locating and compiling data for papers / reports as required
- Compile reports, papers, proposals, letters, memos or charts using Word, Excel, PowerPoint as required
- General support to business managers as and when required
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm | 35 hours per week
Rate of Pay: €16-18 per hour
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1-2 years' relevant experience in a similar administrative role
- Excellent IT skills including MS Office Suite
- Strong customer support experience with an excellent telephone manner
- Experience of handling correspondence and handling sensitive and confidential data
- Excellent attention to detail with good analytical skills
