An Exciting Opportunity has arisen with our client NI Volleyball for an Admin Assistant.

Are you ready to dive into the dynamic world of sports administration? NI Volleyball is thrilled to announce a fantastic opening for an Admin Assistant to become part of their passionate team.

Position Details:

  • Salary: £15 per hour, plus enticing company benefits
  • Type: Part-time hours temporary ongoing
  • Location: Work from Home
  • Hours: 25 hours per week, flexible over 5 days or condensed into 4 days

Role Description: If you're someone who loves tackling challenges, thrives in a team environment, and is keen on sports administration, this role is tailor-made for you! As an Admin Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting various facets of volleyball administration, including member services, club coordination and event management. Your knack for problem-solving, attention to detail, and collaborative spirit will be invaluable assets as part of their dynamic team.

Essential Knowledge, Experience, and Skills:

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with an eye for detail
  • Integrity, professionalism, and a positive attitude
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
  • Familiarity with volleyball or sports administration is advantageous
  • Experience of uploading content to websites and social media platforms

  • Organized, self-motivated, and proactive.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills

Qualification and Experience

A relevant qualification in a related field or appropriate administration experience

Experience of working in a sporting environment

Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office/365, particularly Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint

Knowledge of office systems, procedures, and equipment

Experience with social media platforms

Accuracy and attention to detail

Excellent literacy and numeracy skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently or in a team

Good time management, planning and organisation skills and ability to prioritise workload
