Part-Time Administrator - Dublin 10

At Staffline Recruitment we are seeking a reliable, efficient and enthusiastic Administrator to join a growing company operating in the construction industry and located in Dublin 10. This will be a part time position, initially for a period of 6 months with a view to permanency thereafter.

This position will suit candidates seeking to work either 5 mornings or 3 days per week - my client is open to considering both options. The position will be fully office based.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Taking and passing on messages
  • Data entry of invoices and other financial documentation
  • Booking And coordinating international travel for staff
  • Ensuring company safety certificates are up to date and documented correctly
  • Supporting the team and management with general office administrative tasks and projects as required.

Interested candidates will meet the following requirements:

  • Must have prior extensive experience in a busy administrative role
  • Mature and confident demeanour
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office, Word and Excel
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to work in a team and also work autonomously
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
