Clerical Officer | Dublin 6 | Grade IV

Clerical Officer| Healthcare | Dublin 6 | 6-12 Month Contract

Staffline Recruitment is a specialist in the provision of temporary and permanent staffing solutions to clients across the public and private sectors. We are currently seeking to appoint a Clerical Officer on a 6-12 month contract basis for our client in South Dublin. At present, we have a vacancy in Dublin 6 and an immediate start will be offered to the successful candidate.

Key areas of responsibility:

• Handling incoming calls and transferring to appropriate staff members
• Provide daily administrative support to the senior team including management of appointment system, processing referrals, support with regular management meetings
• General office administration tasks such as system administration, query handling and clerical tasks
• Data input - processing data through internal systems, formulating and maintaining databases
• Maintenance of records and filing systems
• Assist in collating data for papers / reports as required
• General support to business managers as and when required

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm | 35 hours per week

Rate of Pay: €18.55 per hour (may be flexible depending on experience)

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1-2 years' relevant experience in a similar administrative role
• Excellent IT skills including MS Office Suite (SAP or SharePoint experience an advantage)
• Strong customer support experience with an excellent telephone manner
• Experience of handling correspondence and handling sensitive and confidential data
• Excellent attention to detail with good analytical skills
