Job description
I have an excellent opportunity for an Office Clerk based in Killarney, Co. Kerry. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational & communications skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask. The new office clerk will support both customers and the current office team.
The Role:
- Provide support to potential customers through phone and email
- Provide administration support to the office team
- Answer incoming calls; take messages and re-direct calls as required
- Deal with email inquiries
- Data entry
- Process invoices
- Experience with accounts payable would be an advantage
