Branch Customer Service Advisor | 12 Month Contract | Various South Dublin Locations

The Client: Located in Dublin, our client is a leading financial services provider with a well-established retail network.

They are currently experiencing growth within their branch network and are seeking to recruit Branch Customer Service Advisors across the South Dublin region.

The Role: As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be required to support key functions within the branch. Key duties will include:

• Greeting and engaging with customers visiting the branch
• Handle customer queries, guiding them to the appropriate self-service options where required
• Directing queries to tellers and other senior staff
• Assist with sales and promotional campaigns to support business and meet branch targets
• To provide an excellent level of customer service at all times
• Cash handling - processing and managing cash and cheque lodgements at Teller as required

Hours of work: 9am-5.15pm Monday to Friday | 36.25 hours per week

Length of contract: Full-time, 12 months initially with opportunities for extension/permanency

Requirements:

• Educated to Leaving Certificate standard
• At least 6-12 months experience in a retail environment a distinct advantage
• Excellent customer focus
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Good computer and writing skills with proficiency in MS Office

In Return:

• Start date: March 2025
• Hourly pay rate: €14.55
• Weekly payroll
