Sales Representative

Staffline Recruitment are hiring for a Sales Representative on behalf of a leading building merchant in Ireland. This position in based in Balymount, Dublin. Full-time, permanent role.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a Customer Support role
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills
• Familiar with using CRM systems
• Fluency in English (written and oral)
• Engage with existing customers, and new business development.
• Dealing with customer enquiries.
• Manage incoming requests and orders

Responsibilities:

• Manage large amount of inbound and outbound calls
• Manage customer queries in a timely manner
• Maintaining and building relationships with existing and new clients
