Sales Manager

SALES MANAGER | KERRY | PERMANENT

Our Client, is a Nationwide Distributor, seek to hire a Sales Manager. This role is full time based in Kerry.

RESPONSIBILITIES|

• Achieve Quarterly & Yearly target
• Business Development to expand current customer base
• Key point of contact for all commercial & operational relationships
• Responsible for Service Level KPI's for the depot, for example fleet performance, fuel usage.
• Manage driver performance.
• Organisng the teams rota's.
• Schedule and oversee vehicle maintenance and repairs to ensure minimal downtime

REQUIREMENTS|

• 2+ years experience in a Sales environment within the FMCG sector.
• Experience managing in a distribution centre is an advantage.
• Full clean Irish driving licence
