Business Development Manager

Staffline Ireland are recruiting for a Business Development Manager on behalf of a telecoms company with a strong focus on sales to sell Cloud Based Telephony solutions and other services including, broadband, Wi-Fi networks, mobile and CCTV solutions. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing key relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Achieving clearly defined sales targets.
• Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients at various levels.
• Manage accounts accordingly.
• Maintain a current and accurate knowledge of services.
• Knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and the ability to adapt sales approaches accordingly.
• Attend pre-booked qualified appointments on site, phone or virtual with the aim of closing business ensuring all processes are followed.
• Experience with CRM and other business systems to ensure all contacts, activities and interactions are logged to improve service delivery.
• Represent the company in a professional manner.
• Any other duties role may involve.

Person Specification:

• Proven experience in business development, sales and nurturing and enhancing customer relationships.
• Strong understanding of sales strategies, negotiation tactics, and lead generation methods.
• Must be able to demonstrate the ability to self-generate business as this will be part of the role.
• Strong proficiency in using business software tools such as CRM.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of an organisation.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team.
