SALES EXECUTIVE | CORK | PERMANENT

Our client is looking for a new Sales Executive to join their team. This would be a full time role and a great opportunity to work with an amazing company. Competitive starting salary with a bonus structure. €40-€45K basic with a bonus structure upon hitting targets.

THE ROLE|

You will drive growth in the domestic central heating sector by managing leads and acquiring new customers. This role involves working closely with internal teams and external partners to meet sales targets, ensure smooth contract signings, and manage the installation process for a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will be energetic, driven, and skilled in relationship-building and lead management.

RESPONSIBILITIES|

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
  • Manage, nurture, and convert marketing and specifier-generated leads into signed contracts.
  • Maintain a high conversion rate from lead to contract signed and first fill.
  • Ensure all terms and conditions are clear when signing contracts with customers.
  • Conduct site visits and complete Tank Site and Access Reports to ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with the Territory Development Manager, specifiers, and installers within the region.
  • Use a consultative approach to understand customer energy needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and Calor products to effectively communicate benefits.
  • Coordinate the installation process by handing over contracts to the Home Energy Support Team.
  • Represent Calor at events and promote the brand and products professionally.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless sales process and customer experience.
  • Use CRM, Qliksense, and Microsoft Office for reporting and analysis.
  • Attend team meetings and contribute actively.
  • Adhere to safety standards and contribute to the Calor safety culture.
  • Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends, and occasional overnight travel may be required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS |

  • Proven track record in sales with a focus on exceeding targets.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to role-specific needs.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and driven to pursue leads and close deals.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and rapport-building skills.
  • Able to work independently and within a team.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and safety-conscious.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in IT.
  • Full clean driving license.
